The Langlois family poured their hearts into building The Lake House Beach Club, creating a space for the community to enjoy. Mike, Kathleen and Zac are longtime owners of Ridgewood on the River and The Sandbar. They are committed to providing a luxury beach club experience where one can escape, unwind, and make lasting memories.

Garrett Katerzynske
With deep roots along the Wisconsin River and years of experience in operations, marketing, entertainment, and community-focused events, Garrett brings a fresh energy and strong local connections to the Lake House. Most importantly, he shares the same vision we do: continuing to build upon the relaxed, tropical, resort-style atmosphere that already makes the Lake House unlike anything else in the area.
